Return policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product you receive is faulty. If you believe your item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Once the claim is reviewed and approved, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund.
Please note: Items damaged through obvious misuse are not considered faulty.
